Dane O'Neill was referred to the British Horseracing Authority after he was found guilty of using his whip with excessive frequency at Kempton.
O'Neill was riding runner-up Suhayl Star in the digibet.com Classified Stakes.
As the jockey had already been suspended for a total of 25 days for whip offences during the previous 12 months, he must await the verdict of a BHA disciplinary panel before learning his fate
