Breeders' Cup Classic winner and 2007 Horse of the Year Curlin, the likely favourite for this years Dubai World Cup and who, even at this early stage is being touted as the probable winner, makes the first start of his 4-year-old campaign at Nad Al Sheba in Dubai tonight in the $175,000 Jaguar Trophy a handicap that will be contested at the World Cup distance of 2,000 meters, or about 1 1/4 miles on the dirt.. The race will serve as a prep for the the "big one" on March 29th and if all the hype is to be justified then he should win this comfortably.
